No Panorama. Participated in the first ever Caripan Caribbean Panorama championships held at Queen's Park. Placed 6th.

Placed 3rd in Panorama playing "Pan around the World" composed and arranged by James Clarkson. Represented Grenada at the first World Steelband Festival in Port of Spain in October. Advanced from the preliminaries to the semi-finals where the band placed 13th but failed to get into the Finals.

Awarded the "Silver Jubilee Certificate of Honour" for outstanding service in the field of Steelband Music, National Independence Celebrations. Won Junior Panorama for the fourth consecutive time playing an Andy Chichester arrangement of "George" composed by C R Roberts. Won Senior Panorama playing "Major Minor Pan Talk"Composed and arranged by James Clarkson with lyrics by Ajamu.
